- All members: Support the development of the Community Outreach survey advertising strategy by suggesting relevant contacts, networks, communities, and channels for promotion.
- All mini working groups: Identify and discuss the next steps towards producing tangible outputs. This should include considering the group's scope, direction, priorities, and potential deliverables, as discussed in the notes below.

- Encouraging members to ask questions about the co-Chair role and requirements.
- Share relevant links or examples on UKRI or institutional guidance relating to hidden participation costs

Requires more thinking and opinions from members. Due to the upcoming annual review, we have an opportunity to re-shape the group and producing outputs as part of that process. This discussion can be continued and addressed there.
Updates from mini working groups

Community Outreach:
- Ethics approved.
- Survey ready to be released, pushing for advertising at RSECon26.
- Need help from members to fill in the advertising strategy with missing contacts/communities.
- 4 x named people will be able to see the results, these people will share an anonymised/protected version with the group and wider.

Topic-Based Guides:
- Continuing to work on searching for guides and rating based on a MoSCoW analysis framework.
- Discussions have touched on authorship of resources for CAKEBox - many are happy to be named but want to align with the other working groups
- Open question around ensuring correctness of advice.

Measuring Impact:
- Looking to pull efforts together in a coordinated output.
- Part of a wider discussion for the working group around moving our efforts towards outputs.

Any other business
- Chair has proposed a review of the group, given that October will be the 1 year anniversary of the group forming.
- Terms of Reference requires giving each member an opportunity to leave the group or renew for another term.
