Equality, Diversity, Inclusion & Accessibility (EDIA)
Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Accessibility (EDIA) is fundamental to building a community where everyone feels welcomed, included and like they can contribute meaningfully.
This theme brings together guidance, examples of good practice, and community-led resources that support inclusive knowledge exchange across the CAKE network. It also highlights opportunities for learning and continuous improvement.
The CAKE-CoSeC EDI Working Group supports this work by developing practical guidance and identifying priority areas for action.
