Fund 2: community activities; £150k, ~£5k per event; opens Oct 2025, completes 2028. Fund 3: tools and frameworks; £350k, ~£5k–£150k; opens late 2025/early 2026, completes 2028. Fund 4: individual professional development; £150k, up to ~£5k each; opens Oct 2025, completes 2028.
