Metatranscriptomics Workshop
The UKRI Digital Research Skills Catalyst is hosting a free online Metatranscriptomics Workshop running from 11 to 22 May 2026.
The workshop explores advanced methods in metatranscriptomic data analysis, covering experimental design through to interpretation and visualisation of results. It is aimed at researchers working with microbial community RNA-seq data and others looking to develop their bioinformatics skills in this area.
